Allow groups to requisition pre-made (custom-schematics) buildings of a purpose (can be none). This can cost economical, resources, reputation, etc... It may also require certain structures (an certain amounts of) to be existing already and you can combine however many / types needed. Other requirements may involve but not limited to, group tier, members, experience etc...
