These are required to run the Civilizations Bukkit plugin.
- CraftBukkit Server (Other CB versions may work (IE: Spigot/Libigot), although we don't explicitly test against or support them)

- Vault (This handles, Permissions, Economy, Chat so multiple plugins work smoothly together)
- NameTagEdit (Allows name tags with prefixes, suffixes, colors and more!)
