To-Do
Suggestions
do you have any suggestions to make this plugin better, or want something added to the plugin, please post a comment.- make messages editable ingame (suggestion by Mathboy19)
Problems
- when all messages are broadcasted, it doens't start from the beginning
- please make sure that the last line isn't empty, sometimes the last line will be empty and the broadcaster can't schedule a message
a github repository can be found here
Love this plugin! Is there a full list of Dynamic stuff you can add? If there is not, can you tell me which Dynamic stuff you can add to messages? Thanks!
@stephanvl
Hey steph, clicking on links placed on broadcasts doesn't seem to work. If I actually post the link myself, it's clickable but not directly from a broadcast.
Bug or an unimplemented feature?:)

@Icefang23
where did you use the color code?
what command did you use it with?
@stephanvl
I tried that color code, but it just puts that symbol and the number next to it, I dose not change the color :(
@masterEclipse
try adding an empty line under the last message, and see if it will broadcast 3 messages, if so try adding another empty line and see if it will broadcast 4 messages. also, can you give me the messages you used, so i can look why it's only broadcasting 2 of the 4 messages.
for some reason it only plays 2 messages when i have 4 in the messages.yml
any help??
@broomy123
At the moment not, I will take a look at that.
Does this plugin support custom prefixes and suffixes?
Instead of:
[Server] We're updated to 1.5.1!
To have:
==========[tip]==========
We're now on minecraft v1.5.1!
==========[tip]==========
@CaptainBertz
the message color can be changed with the & sign, and a color code (0 - 9, a -f)
you can find the colors with the code here: http://www.minecraftwiki.net/wiki/Formatting_codes
when the messages.yml gets created for the first time, the first message in there is "This server is running &6Broadcast+ +", this makes the text "Broadcast+ +" get a gold color.
hope this is helpfull.
Pls help I am new to Bukkit and Bukkit plugins How does the color code works? like how do we change the msg color?
@MCTutorialist
What problems with color code for auto broadcaster do you have??
the color codes for the auto broadcaster works fine for me, the general broadcast i have fixed it now, and will be working in v1.1.9
@stephanvl
Color code support for the Auto-Broadcast and the general broadcast pls :D
@spiderman1345
for what do you want color code support? in v1.1.8, which is waiting for approval, I added color code support for the /godsay, /server and /herobrine messages.
Can u add Colour code support?
@Backstabberich
add an empty line under the last message
How do i seperate messages in the yml file? I put 2 messages but only one of them show up
@iMMaGoHaRd
you can set the interval for all messages in the config, but you cannot set the interval for every different message.
With the Autobroadcaster feature, does it allow you to set it at intervals? ( broadcast x every x minutes) ?
@Thijssieboy95
you can, if you use a command block!
@Roskecc
In the messages.yml file you can put messages that will be automatically broadcasted. you can also broadcast a message yourself, with /bc <message>. this does have a different prefix
