GUILDS
Guilds is a fully customisable RPG plugin that allows you to create Guilds with distinct advantages and disadvantages over other players and Guilds. You can increase or decrease attack and damage or even enable special abilities. Suitable and customisable for multi world servers.
Guild Configuration
Each guild is fully customisable and allows for millions of different variations. There are 57 Proficiency Types, Item Restrictions/Limitations, Active Worlds, Active Biomes and Home Bases. A player can only be in one Guild at any one time.

Settings
Settings allow you to control the wider aspects of the Guilds plugin, to enable or disable various features and to customise the look of the plugin in the players chat box. A list of settings in the settings.yml file click here.

Donations
The best way to continue development. If I receive enough donations I will open a testing server for the public to help weed out more bugs and allow people to get there ideas across to me in the chat.
I suppose it doesn't work for 1.4.6 at all. I will wait for a fix but I'm not changing to 1.4.7 since that's not even officially released yet.

Here is the error I received:
Plugin guilds 2.2.4 has failed to register events for class me.avocardo.guilds.listeners.PlayerListener because org/kitteh/tag/PlayerReceiveNameTagEvent does not exist.

No skills work. Everything is set to true. Everything worked with 2.2.3 nothing works now. No plugin is overriding anything.
Please Im Begging That In v2.2.5 You Add A Feature So That Guilds May Be Griefed But Only When At Least 2 Players From The Guild Are On (Player Amount Configurable) (True / Fase Configurable) Thanks!
Could you possibly add a feature that stops others from toggling in their land eg: (Leavers, Doors etc).
A really annoying bug for my users is that they have to create a guild then join the guild after...

Then u must have another plugin stopping guilds working. Set the worlds and biomes to true if it still doesn't work its not guilds but another plugin overriding it. No one else has this issue.

Max health is between 1 and 20. 20 being normal and 1 being half heart...

---On another note, I don't understand how the max_health attribute works. Does it mean when the power is 2 the player can have double the health? When it is 0.5 can the player have 5 hearts total? I tried it but all it did was to stop regenerating health.

You need to make sure the player is in an active world and biome.

Mmmm... I've tried everything. Reloads, reboots, recreations. Skills don't work. Made the TEST have fly. No Fly. Made it have fire arrows. No fire arrows. I restarted every time.

Is there a way to add something to restrict players from freely changing the guilds as they like? (except from completly forbidding it of course) For example by adding a setting, allowing players to change guilds only once per week (yeha...i know timers for such long periods of times are hard). Another way would be to restrict the number of times a player can change guilds. If he has rached the limit of changes an admin has to reset his counter before he will be able to change guilds again. Just to have a way to stop players from switching guilds (and with it, it's benifits) as they feel convenient and make them commit to one guild without putting to much work on the admins to handle every change request.
Edit: Okey this will be a bit harder for me to explain (as you may have noticed, english is not my native language). I have a question concerning the world/biome restriction. Is there a way to give a guild a certain power in one world/biome and another power in another world/biome? From what i read in the descriptions, it sounds that way. But the way i understand the true/false settings in the config, if you are in a guild wich has only set biome swamp to true and all others to false you have the atributes of your guild in the swamp biome but as soon as you enter another biome you are back to your standart player settings without any advantages or disadvantages.

Only admins can create guilds and you need to use guilds.admin.create or guilds.admin.*
IF YOU READ THE INFORMATION ABOVE AND ON RELEVANT PLAGES YOU WILL SEE THAT.
To use a proficiency you set active to true and any other settings under that proficiency type in the config. Proficiencies are always on there is no option to switch off unless you leave the guild.
If you could put them on and off I would have called them skills or abilities but as they are innate I have called them proficiencies also known characteristics or traits.
