TicketMaster
TicketMaster was made to simplify and organize the interaction between players and staff by adding assistance tickets. Players can submit tickets so the server staff can handle their requests with ease.
Features:
- Ticket Statuses (Pending, On Hold, Claimed and Closed)
- Ticket Priorities (Low, Normal, High and Critical)
- Players can create new tickets, comment on them and close them.
- Staff can manage tickets by changing their priorities, their status, commenting on them, etc.
- Staff can teleport to where the ticket was created, but only if they have permission.
- User-friendly, very easy to use!
- Players are notified about changes made on their tickets, even if they're offline at the time.
- All functionalities inside a single command. All you have to remember is /ticket.
- You can edit the plugin messages through the lang.yml file, including the plugin name.
- Low memory usage and very fast response, uses SQLite to store the plugin information.
Pages:
To Do:
- MySQL support
- Allow staff members to see when a ticket is claimed/closed.

Sounds like a GREAT plugin! I was looking for one like this for over an hour yesterday and have finally found it xD. I don't have a MySQL so it was really annoying :/ if you do add the MySQL, could you make it so it's only an option and not required like it is in other plugins? Thanks and keep making great plugins!

It should, can't think of a reason it wouldn't. I'm not able to test right now, just let me know and if not I'll update it.
Thanks for adding the cool down.
Does this still works on 1.7.10?
@justin393
Don't worry made, real life before virtual life...
I have posted an update with ticket cooldown. It is currently awaiting approvale.
In the future I may do a complete recode of the plugin as I'm not a fan of the original authors code style (Nothing against it, I just prefer my ways better :P)

Sorry everyone. The past few months have been very hectic for me. School winding down, Basketball, etc. I honestly forgot about this plugin, I kind of pushed it aside... And for that I'm sorry to everyone, so I'm going to start updating it again. I'm actually about to work on an update right now with the features you guys are wanting. Again, sorry!
@BuildersBlock
But the original plugin has problems with 1.8 and no one is updating it. So it would be great if yours have this function and we all can use yours :D
@Telbaru @cooperisdunn
This is an unofficial build of the original plugin. The original does have a new ticket delay.
@Telbaru
Same.
Hey! A function for a new-ticket-delay would be nice! The Spamming with tickets is realy hard :D
@fvqu
I too would like to see an anti-spam implementation. Although a delay would work, a max-(open)tickets-per-user would be nice too.
A very very cool Plugin - I love it! :)
My only complaint with your plugin is the lack of configuration. I'd like to be able to set a limit to how many tickets a player can have open at once. A command to ban a player from opening tickets would also be nice.
If you could see about adding these things, I'd have no other complaints. Your plugin seems to work nicely.
Should already be compatible with UUIDs, let me know if this is not the case.
Make it so a staff member can see when someone else claims and closes a ticket.
Add UUID and MySQL support! Thanks
