Shopping Carts To start using shopping carts, you don't have to use any additional commands. Just place some rails one block bellow and up to one block to either side away from the cash-register-obsidian block. When you pay for your items the mod scans for storage minecarts on the rails, and if it finds one (multiple carts support will be added) it counts the items in it as they were in your inventory. If you have room you can then put the items back in your inventory as you're leaving the store, or you can get the contents of the shopping cart shipped.

Shipping! Now shopping carts are for when you simply don't have room in your inventory for the items you want to buy. Obviously you need to get those items home in some kind of way. That's when you can ship the entire bought contents of the shopping cart to anywhere you want, possibly for a fee which the server administrator has set.

To ship a "package", place an obsidian block with a red mushroom on top, and then put a rail directly under it. Push your storage minecart under the block, and right click the obsidian. The items in the minecart are now waiting to be collected by you at some point. Assuming you can afford to pay the shipping fee, you can collect them with the "/rsshipped collect" command or just see what is in a package and when and from where it was sent.

Selling to stores

To sell items to stores right click an OBSIDIAN block with a brown mushroom on top, or type /rssell. A window pops up where you place the items you want to sell. Close the window when you are done and the items will be sold. Items which the store doesn't accept pop back into your inventory.
