TrailofBlood
Description
TrailofBlood is a simple plugin to have more fun in pvp battles. This plugin will create a trail of blood if a player is hit. The length of this effect and the intensity is based on the damage the player receives.
How to install
Drop the TrailofBlood.jar into your /plugins folder.
Restart your server
Now every player in every world has a trail of blood if he receives damage.
If you want to modify the default trail in general or if you want to add a new trail only for higher ranks or something else you should open the config. For more information about the setting and trails in the config file klick the "Config.yml" button below.

There are no known bugs anymore. If you find one please report it.
To be able to see the particles the client has to set "View Bobbing" to "ON".

- Adding a function to control which damage can create a trailofblood
- Adding trails for all mobs

Plugin Metrics
This plugin utilises Hidendra's plugin metrics system, which means that the following information is collected and sent to mcstats.org:
- A unique identifier
- The server's version of Java
- Whether the server is in offline or online mode
- The plugin's version
- The server's version
- The OS version/name and architecture
- The core count for the CPU
- The number of players online
- The Metrics version
Opting out of this service can be done by editing plugins/Plugin Metrics/config.yml and changing opt-out to true.

The bleeding rate i use is rather low, so maybe the rate for a higher rank player could be to low. Maybe first the normal rate should be increased before doing that.

Maybe add a permission for higher ranks

Which would make you bleed at a less intensified rate, compared to the normal bleeding rate?
The Plugin checks the damage a player receives and based on this value the "blood" appears. It's buggs at stairs. If a player dies the value becomes increased. If the player respawn the "blood" shoud disappear. Maybe i could add a little config, but if someone spawns to much "blood" the connection between the server and the client laggs
I could hook my plugin into other plugins which disable pvp for some players like factions or WorldGuard, because at the moment i think the player bleed also if they didn't get damage in a pvp disabled zone.
How does it work? Looks very interesting.
