So you are sitting there trying to keep up with your server with all the players. You just hit over 100 players on at once. But about %25 of those players are hackers. Now you try to help as many people as you can but... too many people are bugging you at once. So you get StaffMode. A revolutionary tool that you can use to keep your server in balance.
Using other plugins
To use other plugins just drop one of these plugins into your plugins folder.
1) A player submits a ticket about a hacker or cheater or griefer.
2) A staff member sees their ticket in the "Ticket Menu"
3) The staff member gets teleported over to the spot of the event and takes care of it.
How to intsall
It is super simple to install StaffMode. All you have to do is download it, place it into your plugins folder and reload your server!
Commands and Permissions
Command
Permission

Note: You must have a parent node such as modmode.sm before the player can have something like modmode.sm.on.
NOTE: This plugin is still in development and is not completely finished. IT IS A BETA. Not all StaffMode functions are programmed yet. But note that the version 1.0 might not yet be published.
I've also found a bug when you try to throw something out of the creative mode menu, it goes right into your inventory slots. Might want to make it so it just gets rid of the item.
It would also be cool once you add in all the other features to have multi GUI support
(Having your custom menu per staff, then a ticket "item" you click and it loads a new GUI to solve tickets; and an exit button to go back to your original GUI. )

EDIT: Also, a lang file for all messages (Yas, I mean ALL) would be amazing due to the fact that a few of my friends run spanish servers and other different languages so it'd need changing for them. Also to change certain colors of things to match server colours, etc).
I've also noticed you don't get your inventory back / cleared when you leave staff mode.
Possibly compile a 1.7.10 version (As they usually work for versions above) to avoid conflictions (Such as editing the groups. Pulls back nullPointerExceptions for me on 1.7.10. Also might want to show the ticket ID in the ticket GUI (Beside their name?) so staff aren't confused.
"I also developed a cool revision of the ticket system in mind. In hot bar slot 9, you'd get a price of paper, that would make a note block sound when a new report comes in. The more reports, the more the paper (for example, 3 reports, 3 prices of stacked paper). Opening it will show a GUI. The head of a player reported and 2 lores. First would say who reported who and for what reason. Second would be instructional.
Left clicking the ticket the ticket would be removed from the list, and would teleport you to the reported player (to spectate them), and right clicking just removes the ticket from the ticket list.
Not sure if you're up for this part, but it would be cool.
A settings GUI somewhere in the hotbar.
You would be able to:
• Toggle your invisibility to players not in staff mode / opped (on by default)
• Ability to toggle the note block sound when a report comes in
• Anything else you can think of.
@mttprvst13 also maybe an inspection book that shows their inventory when you click them, and shows their health, item currently being held, armor equipped, and basically WhoIS in a GUI.
Possibly a random teleport item that allows you to randomly inspect and watch random players. Saves you from waiting for a report to look for hackers / glitchers you can go right ahead and look for random players."
