Watch of Flowing Time is an item added in 1.4.7-R1.0-P1.2 release. This item allows you to change time in your current world.
You can rewind time forward and backward using mouse buttons. Use LEFT mouse button to rewind time BACKWARD, and use RIGHT mouse button to rewind time FORWARD.
