[Note: You will need any Permission Plugin for these to work, such as PermissionsEx or bPermissions]

• random.teleport - Allows player to use the /rc command on themselves
• random.others - Allows players to Randomly Teleport another player - Usage: /rc <player>
• random.createsign - Allows player to create [RandomCoord] Sign
• random.sign - Allows player to use [RandomCoord] sign
• random.reload - Allows player to reload the config files.
• random.bypass - Player bypasses the cooldown and time before teleport.
