Quester
Quester is highly customizable plugin handling all kinds of quests. From simple "gather to get reward" quests, to complicated forked story-telling quests. What is even better, everything is customizable on-the-fly directly in game ! No more restarting/reloading your server every time to change something. Localizable messages, plenty of different, highly-customizable objectives, conditions, events and flags. NPC and sign support. All this together creates almost unlimited possibilities.

Latest DEV version should be working with recent minecraft versions. See dev builds.
@ragan262
It take a bit time, but I tried like the half of the sounds from the page you linked and I got the same error again and again :/
@tremby90
It works on 1.9. Only thing that seems to be broken there are location objectives.
i wanna use this plugin gain but wondering if there is a 1.9 build?
@Afronico971
It seems like this error happens when incorrect sound is entered. Could you try creating the same objective with few different sounds from page I linked you to make sure this is not the case? (https://hub.spigotmc.org/javadocs/bukkit/org/bukkit/Sound.html) Keep in mind that the page is for 1.9, so some sounds on that page may not work on older versions of mc.
The error you are seeing is definitely not the one you should be seeing so there's a bug, but it should not really affect functionality. If no other sounds work for you, I will investigate more.
@ragan262
Sorry I just needed to try something before this reply, but this is what I got:

I think it's maybe because i'm using spigot with a bukkit version of quester :/
@gepardo43
Not yet.
@Afronico971
Well, did you see console?
@ragan262
Seems that it doesn't work like this:
/q evt add 0:2 sound entity_enderdragon_death
I got this: http://hpics.li/f1cba6f
@ragan262
Any news about update to 1.9? :)
@Afronico971
Thry some of those: https://hub.spigotmc.org/javadocs/bukkit/org/bukkit/Sound.html
Thanks for fast answer. :D
Seems that I downloaded the wrong version of the plugin...
Edit: (Hope u'll see this because i didn't want to make a double post)
I can't make a sound event:
/q evt a 0:2 SOUND random.levelup (This command should play the sound 'random.levelup' for the player who has the quest right ? Default position is player)
But it doesn't work, when I try a /q info next to that, I got a error...
Or can we have an update of the wiki with this new stuff ?**
@Afronico971
It's inside Quester zip you can get from link in big red text above.
Hello there :D
I've got some problems with the NPCKILL objective
Here's the problem:
/q obj add npckill Random 1
Then when I try to kill random (who traits sentry and quester), it doesn't count for the quests. I red on a site that it's because we need to have QuesterNpcs installed, but i can't find the ".jar file" in the ZIP file (https://github.com/raGan262/Quester/issues/56).
What should I do to install correctly this plugin ?
Hope u can help me (P-S: Random is the name of the NPC)
@ragan262
sure, thanks for fast reply
@gepardo43
I'll look into that. Location objectives as well as location based quests won't work until it's fixed.
@ragan262
Oh, it looks like it is working. But on 1.9 this error spams my console: http://pastebin.com/9v7U8vtt Any small fix? :)
@gepardo43
Does it not work on 1.9?
@ragan262
Will you update this plugin for 1.9? It would be great. Thanks
@Florian28600
Full command is "/q con a {<item>} <amount> (-qi)", so you are missing an amount there, but the error message you got is wrong, and I will take a look at that.
(-qi) flags are "quest item" and "inverted condition". One requires you to have quest item instead of regular item, and another inverts the condition so it requires you to NOT have an item in your inventory. They can be combined freely.

@Tanguy72
At the moment it's not possible, and it's something that could possibly affect server performance a lot, but it may be possible one day in Quester 2 for sponge, who knows.
