Is there a way to convert the MineConomy files and accounts to the iConomy format, like in your tutorial video but the other way round ?
I want the server to give people $100 for the first time they join. How to do that?
I have just added support for this plugin for my WebStats website plugin, the update will be rolling out to GitHub soon.
I would like to assure everyone that I have taken a long break from this project but that multiple updates should be expected over the next few weeks.
Is there a way to have separate economies per world?
@YLivay
I think, you should PM the author, because he isn't reading our comments from long time (probably).
Hi Ive just downloaded its but I have an error. Plugins like ShowCaseStandalone always use EssentialsEco. Ho can I fix that. I have installed Vault!
Greetings
@YLivay
The more support a plugin has, the better. Any project can become overwhelming for one person. I hope he will allow you to contribute. The community would be better off. :)
EDIT:
I might be wrong here, but i think you are allowed to modify GPL works. It is the license that you are not allowed to modify.
Hi.
We've been trying out this plugin for around a week and it's great and all, but we need some more personalized features. I don't want to bother you with developing anything for us, especially when you have your own bug list and TODOs with the plugin, and since this plugin is protected by a GNU General Public License:
I want to ask your permission to modify and build upon MineConomy, retaining the full credit for everything ofcourse.
The extra features we need are:
We have other smaller features, but these are the most crucial ones. If you allow me to modify your plugin, I could also submit a Pull Request to your Github repo to help you implement the more generic features we need.
Well, author logging in to the bukkit dev from time to time, but he didn't write here anything from some time and this plugin seriously looks like abandoned. But I believe, that author still working on this.
But I think, the many and small updates are better than one-two big updates every some months...
@lANTHONYl
"seems to be abandoned." .. --
well i know they already fixed that bug in 1.6, (via ticket) and they won't upload it
i dont want them to set a jenkins up or something like that, just a quick compile to have a quickfix for the problem, that the server is nearly unplayable for about 40% of the day and i need to fix this everytime manually.
the problem is, my users are pushing me to keep the server online and working at least from 10am - 12pm, but there is a mineconomybug, which is lagging the whole server down to a minimum (consuming 6gbram) and the server won't let users join normally..
I would so damn do it myself, but i got no time for that and no skill in java ( :( )
Why do people insist on saying that a plugin is abandoned... just take a look to see the last time the dev logged in to dev.bukkit before you suggest that a plugin is no longer maintained or abandoned.
Another thing... Don't be a pushy leech... Make sure you reserve your complaints about a plugin not being updated till bukkit has a RB for the "newest" minecraft version. Some plugin authors are able to push out dev builds before a new RB is out, others are not. Don't complain about something unless you are willing and able to do it your self first. </rant>
this is outdated, buggy and seems to be abandoned.
:(
waiting for an 1.4.2 fix since the 2nd November.
Hello,
I'm running MineConomy 1.5 on a Craftbukkit 1.4.4 server and this error keeps popping up in the console whenever the server loads. It doesn't seem to break anything within MineConomy or any other plugin I have installed. I was wondering if someone could tell me why it keeps appearing. :P

-- End of file extract--I suppose that the recent change:
" NOTICE: The updated v1.5 database configuration requires a port number and a slash! E.g. "localhost:3306/" instead of just "localhost". "
didn't get changed in the migration tool. Any chance this will be addressed soon? Can't really do much till the accounts db can be migrated to mysql :/
May I have some assistance with this ticket please
@krisukun
yes, my ticket has already been answered, it it fixed in the 1.6 version. thanks ;)
//
Authors, please upload the 1.6 version, this plugin breaks down my server cause of "failed to interact with player join event" and so on, its really urgent.
compiling and uploading doesnt take that long..
@ConnectCraft
Try to delete mineconomy log file, some people here tried this method and sometimes it's helps.
But I'm worried about this plugin, it's one of the best replacement of iConomy, but author's not responding from a long time ;/
since 1.4 mineconomy takes about 3-5 minutes to load
no error msgs, just sloooow loading
i have a suggestion :) can you make an option that a player only get interest when he is on the server ?
