HelpMe v1.3.1

IMPORTANT: If you are upgrading from an older version than v1.3.0 you must do /hm clean before using any of the plugins features. This can be done from the console window or in-game. Failure to do so will result in errors.

Changes:

• Commenting bugs fixed.
• New permission nodes! Be sure to update your permissions to make the new permission nodes are included:
• helpme.check has become helpme.ticket.check
• helpme.check.* has become helpme.ticket.check.*
• New permission helpme.ticket.comment.* which lets moderators add comments to any open or claimed ticket. The old helpme.ticket.comment is now set to enable players to comment on their own tickets.
• Players can only comment on a ticket if they are not the last person to comment on it. This stops players spamming comments and causing trouble. They also require the helpme.ticket.comment permission
• Permission helpme.ticket.* now includes:
  • helpme.ticket.comment.*
  • helpme.ticket.check.*
