Health Bar
Unmaintained
This plugin is no longer being developed.
It is advised to switch to any other similar plugin that is being actively developed.
Features
- Customize the text over a mob head (name, health and max health)!
- Customize the health bar for players, prefix + suffix, on the name tag, and for players (see the customization page)
- Option to always show health bars
- Health bars disappear after a configurable time
- No Spout or client mods required
- Easy drag and drop install
- World selection for mobs and players
- Will notify the console when an update is released on bukkit dev (on reload) and players with permission
- Shows amount of health below the player's tag (With configurable name, no health bars there. Why?)
- Shows on custom named mobs and restores the name after the bar has disappeared.

Compatibility
This plugin is compatible with:
- Damage Indicator Holograms
- Colored Tags
- EpicBoss Gold Edition (set hooks -> epicboss: true)
- ScoreboardStats
- MobArena (set override-other-scoreboard: true)
- McMMO (use the latest version, it will be fine)
- Citizens (you can't turn off the health for citizens, under the name, because it's displayed on all the human entities)
- Permission Health
- Sentry for Citizens (v1.3.7+)
- Heroes (use latest version)
Not compatible with:
- NametagEdit - may crash players, alternative plugin: Colored Tags
- Other plugin that uses the scoreboard (but if the use the main scoreboard, you can try to turn off permission and world disabling to make them compatible)
- TagAPI (It could make players show 0 HP and hide team names; works with mob health bars)

@Darkseno
Make a ticket with the error log
I use spigot Build number: # 735 | CraftBukkit build equivalent: # 2717 and the plugin bar for players does not work ... (I also use BattleTags: http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/battletags/)
@filoghost
I'm use Spigot build recommended
@DanielHebbard
I will make everything customizable :)
Wow this truly is best plugin ever! I want to marry text mode <3!
WOOO! Works, thanks for all the help, but howcome mob and player health bars are different, cant you make the mob ones look the same as player ones? D:
@filoghost
Im updating craftbukkit now, hopefully should work!
@DanielHebbard
Wrong version of bukkit, requires build 2691+
BOOM, found problem
[SEVERE] Could not load 'plugins\HealthBar.jar' in folder 'plugins' 19:04:23 CONSOLE: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: net/minecraft/server/v1_5_R2/World 19:04:23 CONSOLE: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: net.minecraft.server.v1_5_R2.World
Well?.....Could you translate that into non-coder talk? lol.
@DanielHebbard
Even if someyhing went wrong, there must be a log on console, something is blocking it even from loading
I'm going to punch my laptop screen! >:( I deleted Health Bar, Deleted Tag API, Deleted NameTags and then reinstalled Health Bar and yet still... Health Bar does not work but the jar is in the plugins folder... What is happening!? And there is still nothing in the console about Health Bar.
@Darkseno
Bukkit version?
@DanielHebbard
NameTag is conflicting, it uses the same suffix and prefix
When I /reload, I looked in the console and it says permissionsex loaded and essentials loaded etc, etc but doesnt say Anything about HealthBar o_O and btw I have TAG API and NameTag plugin could that possibly effect it? Any advice? Please, I really want this to work :( The bukkit version is not a recommended build.. its 1.5.1
Bar players do not work for me ..
@DanielHebbard
Ahah doesn't break skins :D and I don't used tagapi!
@DanielHebbard
This means that the plugin did not load correctly. Bukkit version, plugin list? Error on console?
Okay..........Right...... Filog, I installed the plugin onto the server and it is there but when i type /plugins it doesnt show up in list... and there is no health bars over any mobs or players :S and there is also no config folder or file however the HealthBar.jar is there... What's going on?
@filoghost
AWESOME, Straight to my server! Thanks filoghost, prob the best mob plugin yet! (in my opinion :) )
:D When it displays the health bar above players, it doesnt break their skins does it? Like on otehr HealthBar plugins? Because if it doesnt.. then you sir are a god.
