(Voluntary)Install Vault and a economy plugin(e.g. IConomy).
Add FamoustLottery.jar to your plugins folder.
Start the Server.
Configure the config.yml.
Configure permissions. * (Voluntary) Translate it into your own language or download some languages from here.( If you translate this plugin into one we didnt have please feel free to send us the translation so other people can use them.)
