It does not prevent exp loss on death
I can tell you right now that it's not working. I'm always dropping my exp-orbs on death. CustomExpLoss: false and Basic: 0
Just for your information ;P
I'll do a little more testing tomorrow, but maybe this'll help you atm.
@Folas1337 You mean like... 0% experience loss? Yes... Or It should. If it doesn't, please tell me.
Does this plugin enable no-exp-dropping on death at all?
By no-exp-dropping I mean that they don't have to go back to where they died and still have their Exp set to the value like before they died.
Does it? (I'm using CB 1.0.0
@iN94 Beta is beta, and please give me the full error passed.
Also, the plugin seems can't recognize player's name with number on them. For example, Player1, HerpDerp13, iN94.... The plugin keep saying syntax error.
Hmm.. No configuration for Blaze, Ender Dragon and Magma Cube?
Beta Release: http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/controlorble/files/7-v2-3-beta/
Has some hacky experience setting. I will change it to add experience the CORRECT way... Not notch way.
@Folas1337 I will add all things that can be killed and throw the experience event. For now I have a beta patch...
Also think about adding 'villagers' and baby-animals (if they're not the same as the grown up).
@feildmaster
Funny... Now I can cheat as much health as I want... senseless XD Thanks for looking at it and trying to fix it. I'll definitely download this after the fix :)
@Folas1337 I found out why it doesn't work. It adds to health instead of experience. I'll look for a fix/pester dinnerbone about it later. :)
Please mention that in 1.9 only changing exp-drop amount works, but nothing else.
Thanks for adding this "I will not (can not) update [...] please don't ask." to the post by the way.
@feildmaster
Thanks a lot! I'll redownload after you fixed it and hope it'll work then.
@Folas1337 It should still work with 1337.
1.9... I'll look into it.
I tested this on dev-craftbukkit-1.9 #6 and only the mobs dropping more or less experience was working for me. Neither the "/exp"-command nor still having all levels + experience or only losing a percentage worked for me. Could you maybe take a look at this and tell me if it's possible to compile a version for #1337 and #6 (dev-cb)? If not you can also PM me a link for the dev-cb plugin if you want to. I really want to keep my experience, because you need them for enchantments *.*!
@jselbybukkit
It is not planned, as everything that is modified in this plugin is already available to any plugin using bukkit.
Are you going to add some rewards for xp, or maybe a tie in to perhaps mcmmo or similar?
Version 2.2 released.
Nice!
