The Proper Set-Up

First you need to place 2 wool of the same color, one that the door will be sitting on, and the other one in the direction the door is facing. Then you need to place a door between the two wool. Overall it should look like our logo (but with any color you prefer).

Making the door a CK door

To make a CK door, you must be an OP (or have the permission colorkeys.create). To start, you must enter:

/ck select

to enter the selection mode. You will be given a wooden hoe. Using the hoe, right click on any non-CK door. This temporarily saves the selected door until you make it a CK door, and will be overwritten if you chose another door before hand.

To make the selected door a CK door, use the command:

/ck create [location]

And you're done! You have successfully created a CK door. It will now be blocked entirely from redstone, and will not open to anyone unless they have the key (or you're an OP).
