93 - Chances dont work

What steps will reproduce the problem?

The plugin worked very well before, but now I have problem with offensive mobs.
I use snowball to catch mobs. It works very well for passive mobs : With only one snowball I can catch them and drop an egg. (MustBeKilled : false and Chance : 100)
I use complex config and for offensive mobs, I set Chance : 15 and MustBeKilled : true.
The problem is that snowball don't damage mobs so it's impossible to catch them with MustBeKilled : true.
If I set MustBeKilled : false then I can catch all mobs in only one time ... the Chance : 15 or Chance : 0.01 doesn't works.
Same problem if using eggs item
I don't want offensive mobs to be easy to catch, I have this problem for more than 3 months and thought it will be corrected but still not find any way to solve the problem.

What versions MobCatcher, CraftBukkit, and Spout (if any) are you using?
MobCatcher 3.3
CraftBukkit  craftbukkit-1.4.6-R0.4-20130112.035134-7 build 2593
No Spout

Have you previously had any older versions of MobCatcher on your server?
I think yes, but for now, I cannot upgrade to 3.5 because of troubles with other plugin with new craftbukkit version

Do you have an error log of what happened?
no error

    I just succeed to upgrade bugged plugin and then CB and MobCatcher3.4 :
    The problem is the same.

    The MustBeKilled sound good for eggs or snowball too ... we can kill mobs a little with some weapons to make mobs weaker before catching them ... like pokemon ;) ...

    But for now, only the Chance option is important to me. I cannot let player catch hostile mob in one touch.
    Thanks to solve that problem ... children are really waiting for catching hostile mobs ... and not only passive ones ... ;-)

    The MustBeKilled option was originally intended to be used in setups where the capture item is a weapon, not for projectile captures.

    I can look into fixing the chances not working, assuming I can duplicate that, but I don't think ill be changing the way MustBeKilled works. That would probably cause more problems than it fixes.
