123 - XP/Levels as a capture cost.

Make it possible to have XP or Levels as a cost for capturing mobs or animals in the settings. It would facilitate the capturing process by removing the need for 2 inventory spaces, one for an egg (etc) and one for the capturing payment, instead you'd only need an egg.

There's already support for economy plugins, I think that XP could be a great innovation. It could lead to creativity as well if the host wanted to customize the XP cost for different difficulty/rareness of mobs etc.
