  • Fully configurable configuration!
  • Rich in-game config editor!
  • Quick and painless reloading!
  • Option to randomize broadcasts!
  • Color code support!!
  • Run commands in your messages!

Installation:

Just drag and drop into your plugins folder then restart or reload your server! Simple!

Usage and Information:

This plugin utilises Hidendra's plugin metrics system, which means that the following information is collected and sent to mcstats.org:

  • A unique identifier
  • The server's version of Java
  • Whether the server is in offline or online mode
  • The plugin's version
  • The server's version
  • The OS version/name and architecture
  • The core count for the CPU
  • The number of players online
  • The Metrics version Opting out of this service can be done by editing plugins/Plugin Metrics/config.yml and changing opt-out to true.

This plugin features an update command which will check if you are running the latest build and download the update to the plugin folder if it not currently installed. You are required to trigger the command manually and you must restart or reload the server for changes to take effect.

Thanks to my donators!

Hi! I have an idea. Add per world message list support to the plugin.

Can I make a suggestion here? I would like for there to be a permission like automessage.command.enabled.message-list: Allows user to toggle a certain list. I am requesting this feature because I would like for streamers to be able to enable their own automessages. Also, not sure if possible but if you could update it for 1.7.9-R0.1, that would be great :)

In regards to my previous comment, apparently I missed a " ' " at the end. Although can you make it so it just puts an error in console rather than disabling the whole plugin. Your plugin appears to be the only one that disables it completely forcing a restart when players are on.

I did a reload a few times and it eventually broke the plugin, never happened with other plugins before. Is this normal with automessage?

I'm trying to set up a hover json, but the message is appearing mostly offscreen. Is there a way to get \n to work or to shift the message to center screen?

AutoMessage 2.5.5 works for me also with Spigot 1.9 and 1.9.2 perfect. No problems. Also hover(json). Maybe a conflict with other plugins ?

Can you add 1.9.2 support thanks :)

With 1.9 the hover(json) messages are not working anymore, only the "normal" messages are working... can you please fix that?

I'm having issues getting my players to be able to read the messages. I've added the perm automessage.recieve.regular, (along with some variations of the node), but players are getting [AUTOMESSAGE] Message # instead of the actual message. If I use the command to manually broadcast a message, players can read it, but not if it's broadcasting on an interval. Any tips?

Would you like to see pre-scheduled messages?
