Description:
This plugin broadcasts over the server to alert players that they are being recorded.
Commands:
There is only two simple commands:
/record(Green): Broadcasts "This server is now being recorded! Chat has been disabled until recording is complete!"
NEW-
Blocks all chat attempts by non-OP players!
States who is recording!
/cut(Red): Broadcasts "This server is no longer recording! Chat has been re-enabled thanks for your patience!"
NEW-
Re-Enables all chat attempts by non-OP players!
States who is stopped the recording!
Permissions:
This plugin does not prevent players from using chat however, the commands can only be used by OPs so it cant be over used by players.
Version 5.0

Posted Mar 10, 2015No thank you man i just finished my last update for this plugin. I stopped making plugins for a while but jsut got my own server again and am back. I've made some cool changes and is definitely someone to check out. Thanks for offering though.

Posted Aug 12, 2014For one i am new to making plugins so that is out of my league right now but someone might prefer this if they have a small server or (I have not used the Youtuber plugin so i don't know its capabilities) if they like the screen recorder they have for its features and want something more lightweight.

Posted Aug 12, 2014I don't mean to be insulting, this is a legitimate question that I'd both like to know the answer to, and think you should ponder when planning an update... Why would server owners prefer this plugin to something like http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/youtuber-plugin/ ?
