xMail Pets
xMail Pets
ABANDONED
This plugin is obsolete and is not going to be maintained further. If someone would like to upkeep the code, please contact me.
Information
xMail pets is an extension for xMail (a cross-server mail plugin) that allows players to send entities (such as cows) to other players.
You can send anything living to another player (or yourself?) on any server so long as the server has xMail. Nothing more to say.
This plugin doubles as a first working example of how to use the xMail API to create your own plugin.
Commands / Permissions
There are no permissions for this plugin. If requested some will be added.
However the commands are simple :
- Help menu: /pets help
- Send the targeted pet: /pets send <player name> [pet name]
- See your pet inbox: /pets inbox
- Get a pet from your inbox: /pets read <message #>
- Mark all messages as read: /pets read all
If you don't like /pets you can use these instead:
- /pet
- /xmail pets
- /xmail pet
- /mail pets
- /mail pet
Configuration
The configuration is minimal and requires no changes. If you have your own pet server you would like to use, you can set that up in the configuration.
