WStone
WStone
Create WStone
To create a WStone create a sign with [WStone] on the first line.
Transmitter
If you want it to be a transmitter write "T" or "Transmitter" on the second line.
Receiver
To create a receiver put "R" or "Receiver" on the second line.
Please note that the block behind the sign has to be free (air) and, if you're in survival, you have to have redstone dust in your inventory!
Repeater
A repeater has to have "RP" or "Repeater" on the second sign line.
For all types
Networks
The third line is for the network name. If you leave it empty "Main" will be used.
If you put "P" on the fourth line this will be a private network: Only you and people you like will be able to build WStones connected to it.
If you want to connect to a private network not owned by you write "P=<Owner>" on the fourth line, where <Owner> is the name of the player owning the network. Please note that you will get an error if you don't have the permissions from the owner to do so!
Commands
Network Permissions
If you own a private network and want to give somebody permissions simply send the command:
/WStone add <Network> <Player>
to remove a players permissions:
/WStone remove <Network> <Player>
Please note that the permissions system of the networks is a wrapper to permissionsBukkit. It seems that permisionsBukkit don't save that dynamic permissions, so after a server reload all network permissions will be lost!
List networks
You can use the commnand /WStone networks to list WStone networks.
In-game help
Use /WStone help to get help.

There's a API called WStoneConnect. You get it with wstone.getAPI() (where wstone is the plugins instance). Have a look in the sources for more information (the API is in it's own class) but be aware that it's still in an early state and currently the API tends to break between WStone releases.
Please note that the classfile of the API is distributed under another license: LGPL. You can find more infos about that in the classfile.
Get Sources
The sources are included in the jar file.
i still got the same problem
the sign still get mixed
a receiver activate when it should not and the one that should activate did not :P
really strange i have over 140 sign
at the begining when a started the project it worked fine ..... but now its bigger it dont ...
maybe it have difficulty to handle lots of sign
if you need i can send you my map file with sav
Most annoying bug ever, these save files are crap. Or save file. Every single time the server crashes, ALL wireless redstone signs need to be re-placed. every, single, time. It's really angering me because I have about 20 signs.
i have found bug
receiver trigger on when not supose to. or not trigger on when they supose to ..
sometime it invert with other sign ...
i have over 120 wstone
and right now each time i add a new one new bug apear in my network
o can sometime bypass the bug by adding a new receiver sign and connect to a transmeter with other name and use the other name for couple of receiver ..
right now its realy a pain to make it work
im building a big train system with a control board in each station that switch track and give a feedback that trigger light of what is the destionation right now .... and my light is very buggy :P work fine some time but add new sign and mess everything ....
I have a video you can add if you want. I tested multiworld support too.

I just would like to be able to see my signs easier with being able to choose where the redstone goes :P I get errors a lot because I sometimes preplace my redstone and forget. I don't like breaking the sign to type all that out again. I typo a LOT and it's a problem with signs and sign based 'commands' "[wstone]". Often I get ]wstone] [stone] wstone] [wstne] etc...
@VasVadum Why? Just place the sign in the right direction. Don't make things more complicated (and as such resource hungry) than they have to be. ;)
I didn't test it, but it should work just fine with 1.2.3
Is it possible to have it detect for any empty space around it or detect pre-placed redstone around it?
Oh and does this work in 1.2.3? I'm about to update my server because something broke my mobs and I haven't had any bad mobs for 10 days now.
@VasVadum Cause of performance. The receiver is linked to its redstone piece. Just destroy the wall sign and one redstone, then place a normal sign facing to the wall and you have what you want.
Why does there have to be a free block behind the sign? Why can't the sign use a free block near it? Or you could take out the placing of a redstone on receiver signs?

I don't want to go making empty blocks everywhere to have a sign visible from the normal point of view.
@RamTamSpecial Does this happen with v0.8, too? Any errors in the logs?
@Mhjort It supports SuperPerms (permissionsBukkit) which is what PermissionsEX uses, too. So it should work just fine. :)
Neat and simple plugin. Any chance of PermissionEX support ?
Hi, I've a problem with your plugin. I have an elevator and I want to power it by a source. So I have the numbers 1 till 15 and the letters A till K The problem is, the transmitter signs for all letters does not work.. the transmitter signs with numbers on it are working fine. That is really weird. If I connect the letters directly, everythink works. (like [Wstone] t K > [Wstone] r K) This works but other signals are not able to pass through the transmitter o_o
Bravo :D
This doesn't support permissions 3.X, it supports permissionsBukkit (aka superPerms).
