Upgraded to the 1.1-R3 RB

Mobs now follow teleportation rules

Players can now keep their coordinates if they teleport to a new world

Random offset can now be 0 without errors (Now you're thinking with portals...)

New experimental teleportation rules that allow mobs to follow ALL player rules, not just bottom (Please, please, please read the notes in the config before using this. I beg you.)
