This is a chat plugin that allows you to choose what worlds can hear other worlds. This helps achieve a "Hub-Like" chat. I made this plugin for the sole purpose of a Hub-Like chat because I could not find a chat plugin that was similar. I do not mind expanding this plugin if desired so let me know!

To-Do's:
- Add support for global chat - If this is added I will also add support for channels, which will be a big revamp. So I will only include a global chat if enough people request for a global chat. Which of course will include chat formatting.
