I run a type of RP server that has various worlds and we use your plugin to limit the size of these worlds. The problem is the original message did not match the theme of our server so we changed it. Now the message is very vague because if we made it anymore specific it wouldn't fit the different worlds. This is kind of a bummer for our type of server. It would be awesome if the set message feature could also be applied to a specific world and even support color codes. I know its a small detail but I believe perfecting the small details offers a huge support to the bigger details and makes for an all around better experience.

It could certainly be done, but my time is extremely limited lately.
