This plugin is used worldwide. For that reason, I made it possible switch easily between languages directly in the configuration of the plugin (see "How to use"). If your language is not available, you can translate it on this website and I will add your own work to the next release of WR!

Actually it was made by the precedent developper of the plugin (am the author since 1.3 beta), so let me see...
Yeah that's what I thought, it's done by cancel the unload event. Is that not the good solution? The server where 'am playing on didn't report it, but maybe, because there are many people, the chunks are often loaded...
I will make some tests
Can anyone confirm that this still keeps chunks loaded? Is this done by reloading chunks that get unloaded or by cancelling the unload event?

I know that's a very requested, but it's not so simple, i should use the bukkit scheduler, but i have to think for this feature, and also i want to add sql before that.
Ya i hope its implemented cuz with how me and friend have our castle built, no way to do it with redstone and i instantly thought of using signs but remembered they didnt have that feature that i knew of so figure id see cuz idk nothing bout making plugins but seems like it might be easy to add. And idk if i can post links but here is quicky example of the effect i would like for the signs to be able to do.

I'll see that but I agree that's an interesting idea.
First off, very awesome mod and has saved me so much space from having to use redstone but...one thing i noticed is i cant make a repeater type thing for auto shooting arrows like with redstone and redstone torches so my question and request is, is it possible to make the signs have a automatic flicker type effect where they go on and off like the trick with redstone and redstone torches? Like on one of the lines can just add it maybe cuz that would just be a sick addition to it and make this plugin perfect, idk if this is possible already with this plugin or if anyone knows how to do it this way but ya, ty for the work so for and im always checking for new features and hopefully that feature will be in it one day :)

I think it's possible for me to add a permission for players to only create receiver for a specified channel. But it's currently not possible to know who activated a channel, that's why i can't stop it

First off, Thank-you lick92 for creating and maintaining this plugin. It's a useful tool and without it, lots of servers would be at a loss, and I feel you deserve to hear of our appreciation more often than I'm assume you do.
With that being said, I do have a question/suggestion. Donno which yet. Is there a way to restrict the owners you add to just the reciever[WRr]?
I have a system set up so that come night time, the "power station" I created automatically sends a signal to the "LichMainPower" channel to activate it, turning all the lamps, ect associated with it, on. then, in the morning, it deactivates it. My question is... "Can you somehow give players access to the channel, without letting them create a transmitter, thus, being able to activate your channel when you want it deactivated.
Actually, the sql config is hard to implement, I have to recode some other classes, and that's why it's not released yet. But don't worry, i'll release it. You can see the updates on the source code on the github repository.

Im using permissionsbukkit, and it doesn't allow me to set permissions for the default group for my server members. The weird thing is it lets me set up the permissions to do /wr help lol.

Don't worry, the plugin is coded to not get interferences between the channels, that won't happen ;)
Thanks! :) I can't wait to see that implemented and really anxious for next release with mySQL support! with this new range value coming to fruition will the range be lets say max range = 250 would that be 250 blocks will it be configurable if you can set it so it will only go x=30 y=50 so your signals don't branch off in to other peoples protected area's? not that I see it being an issue as even same channel names don't interfere if it's not placed by the same user.

Not a bad idea! I add it in the list, but will work on it later (currently working on a mod)

The max range value and the SQL support should be added in the next release because i think it's important. About the max range, there will be a "defaultmaxrange" value in the config, and you will be able to set a different max range for each channel (if you do not, then it's default). If max range = 0, then it's unlimited.
Good Job I am using WiRe alot, and it makes many things so much easier and better. I hope this one will be implemented in the original Minecraft.

Just want to say great work man! here's an Idea for a permission feature limiting groups to the amount of channels and transmitters/receivers per channel

Exactly, i'm planning to add mysql or sqlite.
My server suddenly won't boot at all once i updated to 1.3.2 R1, noticed it had something to do with the huge DB off wireless channels i had, cause once i removed that DB it booted fine.
We have almost 2000 channels. Can this be fixed? or should i just reset my entire db? Why does it react when i upgrade to 1.3.2? Maybe you should find a better way to store the info on than the config.yml MySQL maybe
