Ok this time it's the actual last 1.12.2-compatible release. Future versions will be 1.13-only and will take advantage of new async chunk loading/generation APIs in Paper so it's highly updated that you upgrade to that if you aren't using it, because spigot compatibility is going to be very hard to do actually since the randomization logic has changed drastically to account for async chunk loading. The benefit is that Wilderness-TP will use even less time in timings.
