Added permission nodes whatisit.this, whatisit.that, and whatisit.admin.
Added Vault dependancy.
Added "itis" parameter to /wit and /wis to set names.
Added "reload" parameter to /wit and /wis to reload named.yml.
Added null check to static functions.
Changed player name to use getName instead of the often more verbose getDisplayName (for owner's names and such).
Apparently I implemented the wrong permission nodes and found out too late. Notes on the Overview page. Will correct in 1.a.2.
In v1.a.1, the whatisit.this and whatisit.that are defaulted to ON, meaning you have to specifically tell your permissions to disable them per group/user. In v1.a.2, whatisthis.use will default to OFF because of confusion this defaulting ON thing seems to be causing.
