    - What steps will reproduce the problem?

    1.throw any (ex. invisibility) splash potion in any mob
    2.effect doesnt apply

    - What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

    any mob should get any effect from any splash potion

    - What version of the product are you using?

    Werewolf 0.7.8 Beta for Bukkit 1.8.6

    - Do you have an error log of what happened?

    no errors

    I have experienced this same problem, not only on mobs, players wont get the splash effect aswell, so the potions dont work anymore since 0.7.8.

    Same problem here. Splash potions are completely disabled for the whole server. Players, mobs, anyone.
