Features:
Welcome someone to the server with a message and an item.
Commands and Permissions:

| /welcome <playername> <amountGiven> | Welcome someone to something with a certain amount of the item in your hand | welcomer.welcome |

Known Bugs:
- Players can not welcome people with enchanted items. It gives it to them but it is not enchanted.
Notes:
You can not welcome someone when you have air in your hand!
