The Weapons Of The Ancient Gods

This project is abandoned and its default file will likely not work with the most recent version of Minecraft. Whether this project is out of date or its author has marked it as abandoned, this project is no longer maintained.

The Weapons Of The Ancient Gods

This plugin brings the weapons and powers of some ancient gods in to Minecraft. You can summon the weapons of different gods, and use them by clicking somewhere. For more information about the specific gods and weapons, read "Weapons" below.

Instructions:

  1. Download the plugin, then install it by placing it in your server's plugins folder and restarting the server.
  2. Change the permissions, if you want to (see "Permissions" below).
  3. Use the commands to get the weapons
  4. Use the weapons (see "Weapons" below)

Permissions:

  • ancientgods.zeus
  • ancientgods.poseidon
  • ancientgods.hades
  • ancientgods.thor
  • ancientgods.loki

Commands:

  • /zeus - Summons the lightning bolts of Zeus
  • /poseidon - Summons the trident of Poseidon
  • /hades - Summons the staff of Hades
  • /thor - Summons the hammer of Thor
  • /loki - Summons the sceptre of Loki

Weapons:

This plugin currently has the weapons of 5 gods. If you want me to add other gods, post them in the comments.

  • Zeus has the power of lightning. You can shoot lightning at players or mobs by clicking on them.
  • Poseidon has a trident that can shoot water by clicking.
  • Hades has a staff that can kill a player or mob by just hitting them once. The staff can also spawn skeletons by clicking.
  • Thor has a hammer which applies a lot of knockback when you hit a player or mob. When you click a block, the block and the blocks around it explode and fly up into the air.
  • Loki has a sceptre that can shoot energy balls (snow) that can also make blocks explode and fly. The sceptre also deals a lot of attack damage.

Bugs/Problems:

  • Loki's snow falls lower than the target when shooting from a distance.
  • The energy bolts (snow) that Loki shoots can turn into blocks when they fall.

If you find a bug, submit a ticket.

Upcoming Features:

Tell me if you have ideas for more gods.

  • Odin (God)
