Time vote is now multi-world supported. If the console executes either the day/night or the weather, it'll default to the "world" world, which is the default world.

The config.yml will now automatically update to the latest version of the config file without losing your changes.

You can now customize the /vote yes, /vote no, /vote help, and /vote list to make it any language you want.

No known issues.
