VIP+ Chat v0.8.4
I will be starting to support bukkit once again after the next update. All current releases are on - https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/vip-chat-advanced.3308/ - I will also be launching a new website with the new release as this will be complete recode from the ground up and I want to be as open as possible for you guys!
