When you kill a player you get their hearts. When you kill a mob you get 1 heart (You can modify this in the config).

How to install:

Put the file in your plugin folder
Start your server
Change the config in the vampire folder
Restart your server
Enjoy !

healthWhenKill: 1 - when you kill u will get 0.5 health ?
healthWhenSpawn: 2 - idk
what is health when spawn thing ?
