Metrics
Metrics
This plugin uses metrics which can be found here
To opt out of metrics you can edit the config.yml file in the PluginMetrics folder inside your plugins folder
@ghowden
I think it was a conflict with the plugin "Health Bar". I disabled that and the commands work again.
@Deviality
Yes it's Essentials adding some colour or something to people's displayname, I've fixed it for the next version already
@eccod1
You've got a bigger problem, that will only happen when something goes really wrong, check console and pastebin me any error relating to the plugin you see during startup
Re: my issue - disabling essentials fixed the health showing 0 for it's amount. Now to just figure out why...
EDIT
Going into the essentials config.yml and changing the line "change-displayname: true" to "change-displayname: false" fixes the health scoreboard bug. Essentials was trying to "override" the UHC plugin with the display name, which was causing health to show 0.
@Deviality
This is also happening to me, and none of the commands work. They just repeat the usage in the chat and do nothing.
Running v.2.4.1, this happens with Bukkit 1.5.2-R1.0 and 1.5.2-R0.1.
Any reason why my server is showing everyone having 0 health? Is this a problem maybe caused by a plugin? All that is on my server is essentials, worldedit, worldguard, and worldborder. Just really confusing me :(
@jblanda
Just drop the .jar in your plugins folder and /reload or restart your server, that's all you need to do. If you want to go more indepth you can check out the commands/permissions/configuration pages above to see how to use the commands or change how some things work
How do i set this thing up? i installed it but i dont know what to do from there
@BurtGummer
There is multiworld compatibility, it's all permission based so it can even be region based. Check out the permissions page to check out all the permissions and check out your permissions plugin page for more information about setting permissions per world (I personally use PermissionsEx and it works fine)
no multiworld-support to enable the plugin just at one world? Useless for me .. :(
a complete featurelist would be great!
@RealThinknoodles
It's not possible to show half hearts in scoreboards (it only shows full numbers, no decimals). I've updated the plugin to run from 0-100% instead for the next version as it's easier to understand (and you can divide by 10 to get hearts). Also in the next version it goes back to using the main scoreboard so the /scoreboard commands should work for you again if you don't want it below the name, but I'll add a config option for it too I guess. The plan for scattering was originally to use the vanilla teams to scatter people, but with Dinnerbone adding /spreadplayers to vanilla I'm not quite sure what to do with it yet
This has almost everything I need and just a couple of feature requests that I think could be easy and one hard one:
Easy(?):
Hard: I'm sure this has to do with the scoreboard stuff, but is there a way we can put everyone on teams and scatter the teams, instead of randomly scattering all the players?
Awesome job!
Great! I was about to ask to change health in players list to non decimals, on 20. Makes more sense now because I have other plugins displaying health and they are on 20. This update is by far the best. Could you add a join command for instance if we want a seperate UHC dedicated map. then upon death, we get banned until next match. -keep up with the amazing work.
@HSLrules
That was just a bug, they have already fixed it
So, what I meant by 1.6 apples is only 1 heart regen. Will the mod make it 2 hearts!
@thesamster8bukkit
WorldBorder just pops people back inside the border radius if they go through it, it doesn't make any walls, just invisible boundaries. Its useful if there are breaks in the walls, for example when a lake spawns and leaves air above it breaking the border. You can generate the borders using this plugin if you have WorldEdit installed using the /generateborder command (syntax is in the commands section up above) or you can just use straight up WorldEdit commands if you feel comfortable enough doing that
Ignore Comment below
when will the bedrock wall command thing be in the plug-in?
How do you get the world to spawn with a bedrock wall without using worldborder?
Do you need to change something in config or do you just generate new world
Thanks (your plugin is epic)
@HSLrules
I mean hearts as in hearts, normal golden apples regenerate 2 hearts, player heads regenerate 4 hearts. The 1.6 apples are the recipes I use here, I don't know what will be changing in 1.6 quite yet as it's not all complete, I'll have to decided when the changes are more finalized. I'll probably keep all the features I have here as is with permissions (as the gamerule doesn't use permissions unlike my regeneration cancel) and maybe make the recipe changes so that people can go back to using the old recipe if they want to (pansies!)
In the golden head recipe, do you mean 'hearts' as in HP? (<3 <3) And, will the 1.6 golden apples be added? Thx, Hillstylelife.
