UltimatePlugin v1.1

- /enchantall now works for all items that can have enchants applied applying maximum obtainable enchants (excludes all curse enchants).
- Itemframes now have the ownership saved in the configuration and only players with frame.bypass, OP, or the player who placed an itemframe can remove.
- Blocks that are supporting protected Itemframes are now protected.
- Massive code rewrite, for example recipechanger permission code was reduced from over 500 lines to just 100.
- Fixed disablecommands blocking more commands than intended, for example blocking /item would also block /itemframe command.
- Allow custom /kits to be applied to new players instead of a hardcoded kit, change this in information.yml.
- Changed /ram to /serverinfo (displayed more stats than simple ram)
- Updater will now auto check for updates every 24 hours, once an update is found this check is disabled until server restart. Disable this in the global updater config or in UltimatePlugin config.yml option.
- /serverinfo overhall, removed useless information, added useful information.
- Resolved additional issues with custom world names
- Changed ChainMail armor to use chains, uses same recipe format as other armor types.
- Added /ultimateupdate command to manually update plugin.

- Compiled against SpigotMC 1.19.4 (will also work on PaperMC 1.19.4 & Bukkit 1.19.4)
