New Feature EditorGui:

You can open the GUI with
-/adminshop editShop <shopname>
-/playershop editShop <shopname>
For instructions look in the description.
The GUI allows you to add damaged items, items with lore and custom named items to a job.
Fot spawners please use the command.

Added move commands:
-/jobcenter move <jobcentername> <x> <y> <z>
-/adminshop move <shopname> <x> <y> <z>
-/playershop move <shopname> <x> <y> <z>

Permissions:
Changed the permission ultimate_economy.info
to 
ultimate_economy.info.bank - /bank command
ultimate_economy.info.money - /money command
ultimate_economy.info.shoplist - /shopList command
ultimate_economy.info.myjobs - /myJobs command
ultimate_economy.info.jobinfo - /jobInfo command

Validation:
If you use a invalid material name in a command then you get a invalid material message.
