- Upaded to 1.4.5-R1.0
(Plugin should still work since no naughty code was used)

Change in perms. All perms are as follows

tribes.new.other - Allows the use of the command /t new <tribeName> <ChiefName>
tribes.new.self - Allows the use of the command /t new <tribeName>
tribes.bypass - Allows the user to bypass tribe protection
tribes.admin - Allows the use of the command /tribeadmin and of /t ? 4
tribes.staff - Allows the use of the command /t tptoggle

Fixed any possible bugs in making of a tribe - If problems persist i shall check this again, but it all works for me
