TrelloCraft
‹‹ TrelloCraft ››
Ever wanted to be able to view your boards, cards, and comments from the comfort of your server? Now you can! TrelloCraft uses a Java Trello wrapper that links to the Trello's API to access JSON files from your Trello and convert them into text. Now you can view your boards whenever you need to. Make sure to read the TUTORIAL before using this! It's not going to work for you, otherwise!
‹‹ Features ››
TrelloCraft is in Beta. It's at its most minimal state, currently, but that is apt to change. But here are some of the best parts:
- Full linking to your Trello account that gives you read-only access to all boards, cards, and comments in your organization.
- Trello's internet tasks run asynchronously. This means that, for the most part, any delay experienced will be on the player's end, not the server's.
- Interactive (Beta) GUI. View up to 54 boards, cards, and comments on any given page (this will change with the next update).
‹‹ Commands ››
/trello list - Shows you all of the boards. in the organization. Hint, you can use /tr instead of /trello
/trello help - Shows the rest of the commands. The reason why I don't list them here is because it's infinitely easier to just navigate with the /trello list GUI.
‹‹ Permissions ››
trello.command - Allows you to use the /trello command.
‹‹ Dependencies ››
‹‹ Updating ››
0.7 to 0.7.1
Configs have been repaired. For everything to work correctly, please either delete your config or change the field "Organization" to "OrgID" (it's CaSe SeNsItIvE).
‹‹ Config ››
Is the organization name not working? Paste this in your address bar and replace <org name> with the name of your organization: https://trello.com/1/organizations/<org name> For example: https://trello.com/1/organizations/bukkit - It will take you to a page with some text. The first line should read {id:"some random characters"} like this. Paste those characters in the "organization" field and it should work fine.
# 1. Log into Trello.com. # 2. Get your Trello key at: https://trello.com/1/appKey/generate # 3. Paste the API Key (not Secret) generated for you in its spot below (replacing the placeholder) # 4. Write the name of the organization you'd like to use for this plugin in the "OrgID" field as well. # 5. NOW RESTART YOUR SERVER. # 6. There should be a new message in your log with a URL. # 7. Go there and let your server access your account (and it's important that this is done with a Trello Admin's account!). # 8. It will say: “You have granted access to your Trello information.” (Or something to that effect. “To complete the process, please give this token.” To do that, just paste it into the “token” field. # 9. NOW RESTART YOUR SERVER AGAIN! (So… two times restart!) # Note: More updated instructions may be found at: http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/trellocraft/pages/setup Key: '' Token: '' OrgID: '' # DO NOT SHARE YOUR KEYS WITH PEOPLE YOU DO NOT TRUST!
Trello is one of the first and most popular tools that exist, although there are also other new and more complete solutions in terms of project management that can offer much more than a simple business software. One of them is Comidor (www.comidor.com). Its task management and BPM helped me at most in my daily workload and process auditing.
Hi,
The /trello board and /trello card commands are a bit annoying since you need to write the ID for both because of the Trello API. I recommend you stick with /trello list for now.
Glad you're enjoying it! :)
The command /trello board (boardname) Will give you errors...
An internal error
And /trello card (boardname) (Card) wont even work.. nothing happends..
But the /trello list works..
What is orgID? Is it a Board on trello or just a list you have added on your trello board?
@X4blaster
In that case, please post a ticket with your error log, here: http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/trellocraft/tickets/ ;)
The MenuAPI works but the TrelloCraft is RED...
@X4blaster
Please submit a ticket on MenuAPI's page: http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/menuapi/tickets
Be sure to post an error log!
@ColonelHedgehog
Ohh wait.. My menuAPI doesnt want to run on my server? Why?
@X4blaster
Check your error log. Do you have MenuAPI installed?
The new update does not want to run in SPIGOT 1.8.8..
It is RED marked at /plugins
This, is VERY cool. Very very neat, and I've never seen anything like it. I love the use of Trello as it keeps things very organized and on topic. Using it for a server and having the API actually built into Minecraft is a genius idea. Great job, and keep up the great work. Hope to see this plugin get popular
Please Update this Plugin to 1.8.8 or atleast spigot version.
I would really love it! and you would make my day!
@TheCoolGuy123_5_Minecraft_
No worries. Let me know if it's still giving you trouble. :)
@ColonelHedgehog
Oh sorry! I was being stupid and putting my actual trello page.
@TheCoolGuy123_5_Minecraft_
That's not the name-ID of your organization. When you go the homepage of your Trello, you'll see the name of your organization in your address bar. It will be: http://trello.com/<organization name>
@ColonelHedgehog
Yes I read the instructions. Putting https://trello.com/1/organizations/Jackz%20Craft also doesnt work and gives me an invalid id.
@TheCoolGuy123_5_Minecraft_
Did you read the instructions?
http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/trellocraft/pages/setup
If that doesn't work for you, then please fill out a ticket. Also, the key will be generated in the Console.
@ColonelHedgehog
This plugin doesn't work at all. My organization is two words and it does not generate any keys.
Put this in the Setup section:
Is the organization name not working? Paste this in your address bar and replace <org name> with the name of your organization: https://trello.com/1/organizations/<org name> For example: https://trello.com/1/organizations/bukkit - It will take you to a page with some text. The first line should read {id:"some random characters"} like this. Paste those characters in the "organization" field and it should work fine.

Also, first time doing so, my token never got generated. Plugin doesn't work for me.
