TreeFeller uses the following permissions.

TreeFeller.Chop

Default is true. (Unless said otherwise in config file) If set to true, this user or group will be able to use this plugin. If set to false, this user or group will not be able to use this plugin.

TreeFeller.Control

Default is true. (Unless said otherwise in config file) If set to true, this user or group will be able to turn this plugin on or off for themselves using the /tf or /treefeller commands. (NOT YET IMPLEMENTED)
