Tree Spirit Challenge
This plugin implements the Tree Spirit Challenge which rules can be found here : http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/336073-challenge-the-tree-spirit/
At the moment, It is a beta version. You can use it, but BE CARREFUL ! This not absolutely stable. You should make a backup of your server before use.
Attention: When you upgrade to a new version, you have to delete the old folder of the plugin. If you don't, expect buggy behaviours!
At this point, those functionalities are implemented:
- The player start the game with "/ts start"
- Then, he get a log of each type. When he place one of those, this block become his tree heart and he get material to grow his tree.
- He can't move away from his tree.
- He can't place logs or saplings away from tree.
- Player can get logs,leaves and saplings from his tree only.
- Player can fly (Hey, he is a spirit!) .
- If the player is stucked due to forbidden move, he is teleported to the top of his tree.
- Players can't destroy other's trees.
- When tree's heart is destroyed, the player loose.
Known bugs:
- None. Do not hesitate to report.

Incoming. I was on a row where I could'nt work on this a lot, now I'm back and I schedule a great update with choice for the world, some co-op options and new human-readable files for data saving. With some bug-fixes obviously. Should be done in almost one week if I give myself fully.

Posted Jun 13, 2012@Jendon23 Hmmm, it's interesting. Someone ever mentioned cooperative playing in github options, so, I encourage you to go see it and comment there. By the way, as the first purpose of the plugin is to bring this challenge to multiplayer, i guess, I'll have to deal with coop. I'm not already sure about how I want to do this, and i could make different kinds of coop and let server admins choose the one the prefer.

Posted Jun 13, 2012heh, nice plugin. adds a whole new challenge to the game :D Could you make an option in settings where players can only walk on logs of their own type? So i could walk on my oak logs, or my friends oak logs, but not birch jungle or pine logs? Its not part of the original rules, so maybe it could just be an option. I was also going to ask about the spawn issue, but it was fixed while i was typing! :O

I ever have some things to do but, I have few questions about your demands. @ryvix Could you go to the issue i made about multiworld to explain more precisely what you expect from my plugin concerning multiworld ? @leopik I started making some text. How do you want to proceed concerning russian translation? (At the moment, I do not use raw or yml files for languages).

Posted Jun 2, 2012Yeah, one of next planned features is to make players choose where they start their trees instead of start at spawn. Then, the mulitworld should be compatible. If it is not, it should'nt be too hard for me to make it possible. Edit: I just implemented this feature. I didn't test the way it comports with multiworld. Do not hesitate to try and report =)

Суть такова: В появляетесь рядом на блоке глоустоуна с двумя ростками дерева джунглей и пятью блоками дерева. Ты никуда не можешь уходить от глоустоуна, ты как дух этого дерева. Ты сажаешь дерево и когда оно вырастет ты можешь собирать с него древесину и заменять древесиной землю, так ты сможешь продвигаться по миру
