Bukkit

This adds a bunch of new features, and in addition it sports the new plugin architecture which is being used for all of my plugins. The biggest feature is probably the addition of a polling system, but check out the change log page for full details!

Documentation is wrong; tells you to do setup steps that are no longer necessary or possible.
