You should put in a way to change the blocks the TravelPad is built from. It could be set in the config file. :D

It would look like this in default:

center-block: 49
round-block: 44
round-block-build: 45

If you want for example that the center block be glowstone, the blocks around it be stone bricks and the round blocks required to build be cobble, you just set it:

center-block: 89
round-block: 98
round-block-build: 4

Also, if it is possible, the existing pads would transform into the new style on server restart :)
