This isn't a bug, it's you doing something peculiar...

Check you've got the latest version of traincarts installed (from the dev build page), with the latest version of bkcommonlib (dev build)

Make sure you don't have more than one traincarts .jar file in your plugins folder.

Same for bkcommonlib.

Then enable online mode!
