Requires Holographic Displays v1.8.3.

• Requires at least Holographic Displays v1.8.3.
• Now compatible with Cauldron / MCPC+, doesn't need to be updated on every new Minecraft version and completely relies on Holographic Displays (using the new Touch API).
• Changed /th to /touch as main command. The previous one will still work.
• Removed "/th create", use "/th addcommand" directly.
• Renamed "/th delete" to "/th clearall".
• Renamed "/th listcommands" to "/th details".
• Added some other aliases.
• Increased the max length of a line that triggers the warning message "Line too long..." to 6, also it supports icons (no warning).
