Features:
- Players may open one or more tickets and get assigned a unique ticket # for each. This number is used to track, comment, close, assign, unassign and view the ticket.
- Each ticket can be assigned to a specified staff member or left unassigned
- Players and staff members may add comments to the ticket
- Staff members may warp to the location where the ticket was opened
- Staff members may review the history of each open ticket
- Closed tickets can be archived and reviewed
- Use the command "/ticket" or the shorthand command "/ti"
- Supports multiple worlds
- All commands are case-insensitive
- Multilanguage support
- Automatic updating
- Metrics by Hidendra

Command Syntax:
- /ti open|create|new <message>
- /ti comment|log <#> <message>
- /ti close <#> [<message>]
- /ti list open|assigned|unassigned|assignedtome|closed|mine
- /ti view <#>
- /ti assign <#> <staff member>
- /ti unassign <#>
- /ti warp|tp <#>
- /tm update
Installation:
- Download the latest TicketManager version.
- Copy it to your "plugins" directory
- Load the plugin (Restart or reload the server)
- If you are updating the plugin please delete your language files because sometimes new messages are added!
Config:
auto-updating: true -Set to false if you don't want automatic update checking / downloading language: de -Change language. Available: en (english), de (deutsch), custom (create your own) max-tickets: 1 -Set the maximum open tickets per player. Set to 0 to disable. notify-interval-seconds: 10 -The interval teammembers are notified about new tickets. Set to 0 to disable. notify-owner-on-assign: true - Notify the ticket creator when his ticket gets assigned notify-owner-on-unassign: true - Notify the ticket creator when his ticket gets unassigned
Permissions:
- ticketmanager.new - create a new ticket
- ticketmanager.list - list tickets
- ticketmanager.assign - assign a ticket to a specified staff member
- ticketmanager.unassign - unassign a ticket
- ticketmanager.warp_to_own - warp to own ticket
- ticketmanager.warp - warp to a specified ticket
- ticketmanager.archive - archive a specified ticket
- ticketmanager.close - close a specified ticket
- ticketmanager.commentown - comment own ticket
- ticketmanager.commentall - comment a specified ticket
- ticketmanager.bypass_close - bypass closed tickets (warp)
- ticketmanager.viewall - view a specified ticket
- ticketmanager.showtickets - show open tickets on player join
- ticketmanager.update - update the plugin
Metrics
This plugin utilizes Hidendra's plugin metrics system, which means that the following information is collected and sent to mcstats.org:
A unique identifier:
- The server's version of Java
- Whether the server is in offline or online mode
- The plugin's version
- The server's version
- The OS version/name and architecture
- The core count for the CPU
- The number of players online
- The Metrics version
- You can disable the stat collection via /plugins/PluginMetrics/config.yml if you wish.

That's because you have probably used the wrong locale. Could you please send me your config, so I can help you?
It's not working for me. /ticketmanager doesn't do anything and /ticket gives me about 10 lines of nothing.
