Features

Simple. Type /trip while holding sugar, then sit back and enjoy! The user will heal 2 hearts, but suffer from nausea and confusion.

Permissions

There is only one permission required to be able to use the /trip command:

theinfluence.high

Make sure you give this permission to all users you expect to access the command!
