    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Full game all setted up
    2. Ops can open chests
    3. non-ops cant open chests

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    they dont have permission to open

    What version of the product are you using?
    B 0.4.11

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    no
