What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
A permission node for people who don't require permission to teleport to someone. (moderators and other staff)

Please provide any additional information below.
People with this permission node added would not generate a teleport request, so the target user is unaware of the teleport.
This would allow our moderators to be more productive when helping people or checking up on reports of grief and theft.

TCL is ment for normal players and enchancing the normal teleporting.

Get Tele++ for administrative teleportation command.
